Turn around time
All tags are created to order, meaning I stamp each individual letter, number and stamp into the metal or place each floral item delicately into place. Our current turnaround time is 7 - 15 working days. If you need your order for a certain date or special occasion, please drop us an email or message via Instagram, and i’ll do my best to meet your requirements.
Custom tags
We love making custom tags for special pups so we've created a listing for custom tags. Please drop us an email or message via Instagram before buying a custom tag so we can discuss your design. We can source different metals, shapes, charms or stamps, colours.
Tag care
Metal tarnishes over time which means you need to take care of your new dog tag. Aluminum is a soft metal that may suffer some scratches and marks from your adventures so you need to take care of it. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth with metal polish to keep your tag clean. Avoid using any harsh chemicals on your tag. Allow to dry fully before reattaching to the collar. Please do not leave your resin tag in direct sunlight or in extremely hot areas . Please don't leave your dogs unattended in their tags and do not attach your dog's lead to the split ring attached to your tag. For dogs who are prone to losing their tags, I recommend buying a large carabiner to attach your tag to or use a clasp over a split ring.

Once I have completed your bespoke design, I will send you a preview. Once you have approved this, I will print the design onto your
product.
Legal details
Under the Control of Dogs Order 1992, you must show your surname and address/postcode on your pet’s identity tag. I highly recommend adding your phone number to your tags too. On most of our tags you can fit your surname, first line of address, postcode and a number, so you can keep your pups safe on their adventures.

Problems
In the highly unlikely circumstance you receive a defective or damaged item please don't hesitate to contact me so I can rectify any problems. I pride myself on having high quality items, so if you have any issues, reach out to me before leaving a bad review so I can sort out any issues.
Can I return, exchange or refund my item?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.
Any items that are faulty upon arrival are entitled to a refund, provided the customer provides us with proof of the fault.
We cannot accept returns or refunds on any items which have been custom-made to order.
If you have ordered the incorrect size, we may be able to offer an exchange for the corect size in some circumstances, but this will be at the customer's expense.
We are happy to replace or repair any biothane products purchased within 30 days provided they have been cared for correctly.
BioThane® collars can be wiped clean, ideally with warm water and soap. Avoid the use of harmful detergents and check the official BioThane® website for cleaning guidelines.
Some repellents may cause staining.
Always check your collars and fittings for signs of wear and tear. Colours and coated hardware may fade over time. Ensure your hardware is properly cleaned and dried as soon as possible after exposure to water, to prevent rusting.
We do not reccomend attaching a lead to a collar on a strong dog, or a dog prone to pulling as this may result in injury or damage to the product.
DO NOT leave a pet unattended or unsupervised wearing our collars or accessories as they could get stuck, caught or present a choking hazard.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (where the item has not already been dispatched) except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and aim to reimburse:
within 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
if there were no goods supplied, within 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
If you have received the goods:
You are liable to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods returning from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You will not be reimbursed any postage, customs or other fees incurred in conjunction with your purchase.
You will not be entitled to a refund if your order is custom made, unless the item is faulty and that fault is declared within 14 days of delivery.
If you have not received the goods:
if your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 48 hours of placing the order.
if your order has not been dispatched and you have not notified us of your cancellation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any materials already purchased in anticipation of fulfilling your order.
if your order has been dispatched but has not been received within 20 working days for the United Kingdom (for international orders, this can be up to 3 months if economy postage is selected), we will raise a claim with the postal courier and reimburse you for as much of your order as is reasonable and possible.
